At ITT, your career path is one of limitless challenge and responsibility. As an employee, you will have access to a wide range of training programs and services for skill building and career development. Following are some of the programs offered to you as an employee to help bolster skill sets and enable you to meet your career development goals.

Tuition Assistance

IIW encourages educational development and provides a plan that will open doors to higher learning, enabling you to explore career-focused university-level programs. Reimbursement for eligible expenses is one of the many benefits available to you as an employee.

Training and Certification

We believe that developing your potential, through coaching, external education and training, and on-the-job training, is critical to our organizational effectiveness. Along with your supervisor, you will work to develop your career goals and determine any training or certifications you will need to accomplish them.

Technical Presentations

In order to disseminate information regarding advancing technologies and industry standards, employees will periodically present on an area of expertise or recent convention/seminar they have attended. As a member of our technical staff, you are invited to not only attend but to present. (Available at most locations.)

Career Path Planning

Each year in conjunction with a yearly performance appraisal, you will have the opportunity to set both short- and long-term career goals, as well as review your achievement of past goals. At this time, you will have the opportunity to work with your supervisor to discuss your path at ITT and how, as a team, we can best advance your career and provide work that will help you achieve your goals.

Professional Memberships

In order to help you stay abreast of industry trends and developments, IIW will pay annually for one professional membership and one subscription related to your area of expertise.
